Non-medical service notice

Trained caregivers visit your family member, keep them company, observe their mood and mobility, remind them about their medications and check that they were taken, observe home safety, accompany them to appointments and help coordinate and inform the family.

It is not medical or nursing care. Our caregivers do not diagnose, prescribe or administer treatment, do not take medical measurements or perform clinical procedures, and they do not replace your family member's doctor.

It is not an emergency service or constant supervision. Visits are scheduled and we don't guarantee response times.

It does not include health insurance or coverage of any kind.

Call local emergency services (911) first. If the caregiver is present, she will help contact emergency services and let you know.
