From you: name, phone, email, chosen plan, best contact time and payment details (processed by Stripe).

About your family member: name, age, municipality and department, and any health notes you choose to share.

During the service: wellbeing notes (mood, appetite, mobility), medication confirmations, caregiver notes, photos and videos, and the GPS location and time of each visit.

From the site: basic usage and campaign data (for example, which ad you came from) through Vercel Analytics and, if enabled, Meta Pixel. We don't send health or personal data to these tools.

Health information is sensitive. We only collect it with your express consent and to provide the service. By submitting the form you confirm that your family member knows you are requesting the service and that you may share their information.

Photos and videos from visits are shared only with the registered family. [Older adult consent model to be defined with the lawyer.]

To evaluate your request, contact you, provide visits, send you reports, coordinate emergencies, bill you and improve the service. We don't sell your data.

With providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (storage), Vercel (hosting and analytics), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging) and the assigned caregivers, only what's needed to visit. We may disclose data if required by law.

Your information may be processed in the United States and El Salvador. [Applicable legal framework, including data protection laws of both countries, pending legal review.]
