Terms of Service

Allá en Casa ([Legal entity name pending]) offers non-medical companionship, monitoring and coordination visits for older adults in El Salvador, purchased by relatives in the United States.

Each plan includes the number of visits described on the site. Visits are scheduled. The service is not an emergency service, is not available 24 hours a day, and we don't guarantee response times.

Caregivers are not medical or nursing personnel and do not diagnose, prescribe or provide treatment. See the non-medical service notice.

Prices are shown in US dollars. There is a one-time $99 initial assessment fee and a monthly subscription depending on the plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; Allá en Casa does not store your card details.

Daily starts at $349 a month and may vary with the agreed visits. The final price is confirmed before you are charged.

You can cancel at any time with no long-term contract. Cancelling stops future charges.

Founding families: the first month of the subscription is refundable. [Exact refund conditions, including the initial assessment fee, to be defined with the lawyer.]

You must give us truthful information, have your family member's authorization to purchase the service and share their information, and tell us about changes in their health, medications or address.
